My objective is to ensure that you receive value for the money that you spend on my services.
Once we have identified the work that you require, fees can be agreed in consultation with my clerks. The fee charged will be based on the complexity of the case, the volume of paperwork, the amount of preparation required and the anticipated length of any hearing.
My clerks will be happy to discuss fees with you, please contact them for a quotation. They will usually agree a fixed fee for each piece of work so that you can carefully control and manage your budget but it may be appropriate in some cases for fees to be agreed on on hourly rate.
You will be asked to pay the agreed fee for each piece of work in advance of that work commencing.
