As each case can be so different, Siân does not have an “off-the-shelf” pricing structure. The fee charged will be based on the complexity of the case, the volume of paperwork, the amount of preparation required and the anticipated length of any hearing.
Siân’s clerks will discuss fees with you. They will agree a fixed fee for each piece of work so that you can carefully control and manage your budget.
You will be required to pay the agreed fee for each piece of work in advance of that work commencing.
